Albert S. Turnage, 23, was fatally shot on February 25, 2015, in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood. He was found in an alley in the 1700 block of West Touhy Avenue with a gunshot wound to the chest. A 30-year-old man who was also at the scene was shot multiple times but survived. The incident took place early in the morning, and Turnage was pronounced dead shortly after being discovered.
