Jammie Holmes, a 16-year-old African American boy, was tragically shot and killed on October 14, 2018, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Gresham neighborhood, specifically in the 1700 block of West 85th Street. Jammie was found with a gunshot wound to the head around 7:45 p.m. that evening.
