Jeremiah Alfred Payne III, a 25‑year‑old African American man from Jacksonville, Florida, was last seen on October 12, 2017. He stood approximately 5 ft 7 inches tall, weighed around 150 lbs, and had black hair and brown eyes. At the time of disappearance, Payne told his family that he intended to travel to California, and left his Jacksonville residence with that plan in mind.
