Chiyara Rebecca "Chi Chi" Nelson, a 25-year-old African American woman from Rockford, Illinois, tragically lost her life on November 25, 2018. Born on December 21, 1992, in Centerville, Illinois, Chiyara was the daughter of Tashe Ware and Delarrion Nelson. She spent most of her life in Rockford, having moved from Cahokia, Illinois.
