Jennifer Lynn Jones, a 37-year-old African American woman from Rockford, Illinois, tragically passed away on November 11, 2018. Jennifer was born on August 27, 1981, in Elgin, Illinois, to Aubrey Jones and Lydia “Gail” Brown. She was a beloved mother, daughter, and sister, known for her kind and loving nature.
