Demond J. Davis, a 31-year-old African American male from Cicero, Illinois, was tragically killed in a shooting on December 15, 2018, in the Austin neighborhood on the West Side of Chicago. At approximately 1:59 a.m., Davis was standing outside in the 4800 block of West Quincy when he was struck by a bullet in the chest.
