Lawrence Loggins, a 46-year-old African American man, was shot to death on February 6, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. Loggins, known as "Big Law," was the leader of the Black Disciples, one of Chicago's most notorious gangs. He was found shot in the head while sitting in a parked car near his home in the Englewood neighborhood. His right-hand man, Kenneth Brown, suffered a graze wound during the incident.
