Douglas Robinson, a 57-year-old homeless man, was tragically shot to death on February 18, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred at "Tent City," a homeless encampment located on state-supported property in the South Loop area. According to the Illinois State Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office, Robinson was shot following an argument with another homeless male who also resided in the area.
