Jacquelon Shawntell Gaskin, a 28-year-old African American woman from Joliet, Illinois, tragically lost her life on February 27, 2019, in a devastating incident that also claimed the lives of her two young children, Gianna Lee, aged 6, and Giovanni Lee, aged 1. The family was found dead in their home, each having suffered a single gunshot wound.
