Holly Matthews, a 22-year-old Caucasian woman from Joliet, IL, tragically lost her life on October 31, 2021. Holly was attending a Halloween party in the backyard of a house on Joliet's east side when she was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 12:40 a.m., and it was reported that multiple shots were fired into the crowd of about 200 people attending the party.
