Angel Jesus Miranda, a 33-year-old Hispanic male from Chicago, was tragically killed on March 8, 2019, in Evanston, Illinois. Miranda was shot seven times in the upper torso in what police have described as a homicide and "not a random act." The incident occurred near William H. Twiggs Park, adjacent to the North Shore Canal on Evanston's western edge.
