On a summer evening in Baltimore, the life of Phyllis Charlene Johnson was tragically cut short. The 40-year-old Black female, known affectionately to some as 'Puddin,' was found on July 3, 2007, in the basement of a location on the 1700 block of North Broadway. An autopsy would later reveal that she died from stabbing.
