Timothy Lomax, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on March 31, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning in the East Garfield Park neighborhood. According to reports, Lomax was among a group of people standing on the sidewalk in the 500 block of North Hamlin Avenue when a gunman approached on foot and opened fire.
