Brittani Rice, an 18-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on April 1, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. Brittani, along with her friend Senobia Brantley, a 19-year-old African American woman, was sitting in a parked car near 77th and Eggleston when three men exited a blue sedan and began shooting into their vehicle.
