Malcolm Cardine, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 8, 2019, in a drive-by shooting in the West Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred early in the morning when a shooter stepped out of a gray-colored car and fired several shots at Cardine, who was walking down the first block of South Kostner Avenue.
