Terrell James Haggins, a 17-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on April 10, 2019, in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 10 a.m. near the intersection of St. Louis Avenue and Ohio Street. Terrell was a former senior at Legal Prep Charter High School.
