Devante Boldon, a 25-year-old African American male, was found shot to death in a vehicle that had crashed into a building in the South Shore neighborhood of Chicago on May 17, 2019. Officers responding to a ShotSpotter alert discovered Boldon with gunshot wounds to the back and head in the driver’s seat of the vehicle.
