Death by Force

Daniel Joseph Deshawn Johnson, a 27-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on November 12, 2020, in the Roseland neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 10:50 p.m. while Johnson was on the sidewalk in the 11300 block of South Lowe Avenue. According to authorities, an unknown assailant fired shots, striking Johnson in the head. He was transported to Little Company of Mary Hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
