Kenneth Stuart Mitchell

In the spring of 2007, a violent encounter on a street in Baltimore would ultimately lead to the death of 44-year-old Kenneth Stuart Mitchell, a Black male. On March 20, 2007, in the 2900 block of Mosher Street, Mitchell was shot. The initial incident, however, did not immediately claim his life. For months, he battled the severe injuries he sustained from the gunfire.
