On a Monday afternoon in November of 2019, the life of 36-year-old Brian Moore was tragically cut short in the Carrollton Ridge neighborhood of Baltimore, Maryland. On November 25th, police responded to reports of a shooting and discovered Moore suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he succumbed to his injuries at the scene, leaving a community to grapple with another act of violence.
