In the spring of 2024, the city of Baltimore was once again confronted with the tragedy of youth violence when 17-year-old Devron Tyler, a Black/African American male, was killed. On the evening of Monday, April 1, 2024, gunshots shattered the bustling atmosphere near the city's popular Inner Harbor, a place typically filled with tourists and locals enjoying the waterfront.
