Jonathan Szurgot, a 36-year-old man from Crestwood, Illinois, tragically passed away on May 27, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. He was born on April 24, 1983, in Oak Lawn, Illinois, and was the son of Christopher Szurgot and Tammy DeBevec. Jonathan was a father to two children, Isabelle and Jakob Szurgot, and had a close-knit family including his sisters Kourtney Szurgot and Ariel Montalvo, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
