Tellez Ricardo, a 32-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on May 31, 2019, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the West Humboldt Park neighborhood. According to reports, Tellez Ricardo was standing on a sidewalk at approximately 10:35 p.m. when a red car approached him in the 1500 block of North Keeler Avenue.
