Tavion Matthews, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on June 2, 2019, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when Tavion and another individual, Marcus Walker Jr., 25, were driving westbound in the 100 block of West North Avenue.
