Darrell E. Kelley Jr., an 18-year-old African American male from Quincy, Illinois, tragically lost his life on September 26, 2019. Darrell, affectionately known as "D.J.," was born on October 3, 2000, in Detroit, Michigan. He was a beloved son, brother, and friend, known for his sense of humor and love for his family.
