Justin McGhee, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically shot to death on the morning of October 2, 2019, in Chicago, IL. The incident occurred at approximately 8:36 a.m. while Justin was sitting in a running, parked vehicle in the 1800 block of South Hamlin Street in the Lawndale neighborhood.
