Marshawn France, a 15-year-old African American boy, was tragically killed on October 10, 2019, in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred just after 9 p.m. when Marshawn was walking on the sidewalk in the 12400 block of South Michigan Avenue.
