Davion Stroger, a 25-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on October 14, 2019, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. According to reports, Davion Stroger was walking in an alley in the 700 block of North Spaulding Avenue around 11:20 a.m. when someone in a black car fired multiple shots in his direction.
