Arturo Luna, a 32-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on January 25, 2020, in Chicago, Illinois. Arturo Luna was in a vehicle with a 33-year-old woman in the Little Village neighborhood when an SUV pulled alongside them and someone inside opened fire.
