Amir Jennings-Green, a 4-year-old boy from Thornton, Illinois, tragically died on April 2, 2020, after accidentally shooting himself in the head. The incident occurred in the basement of a home on Blackhawk Drive, where Amir was playing with his cousins. According to reports, there were no adults present at the time of the shooting. The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed Amir's identity and stated that he was pronounced dead at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey at 9:15 p.m. on the ...
