Amir Jennings-Green, a 4-year-old boy from Thornton, Illinois, tragically died on April 2, 2020, after accidentally shooting himself in the head. The incident occurred in the basement of a home on Blackhawk Drive, where Amir was playing with his cousins. According to reports, there were no adults present at the time of the shooting.
