Cincere Joiner, a 17-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on June 9, 2020, in the Grand Crossing neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 5:19 p.m. in the 1500 block of East 74th Street. According to the Chicago police, Cincere Joiner was shot multiple times in the chest.
