Jeffrey Clinton Butler, aged 18, was fatally shot on March 23, 2008, in southeast Baltimore, Maryland. The incident occurred on the 500 block of North Decker Avenue. According to police reports, Butler was walking in the area when he was approached by multiple unidentified suspects who attempted to rob him. During the robbery, he was shot multiple times.
