On a Sunday evening in southeast Baltimore, a young life was tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. Jeffrey Clinton Butler, an 18-year-old African-American male, was walking on the 500 block of North Decker Avenue on March 23, 2008, when he was accosted by several unidentified individuals.
