Fifteen people were wounded in the shootout, highlighting the severity of the gang conflict. The FBI later targeted the Faceworld gang faction in a racketeering case, indicting several members, including Diontae Harper and Amonti McClure, on charges of participating in violent racketeering activity. The indictment detailed their involvement in various attacks on rival gangs, including the fatal shooting of Paul Harris in May 2021.
