Francine Lexie Grant, a 25-year-old woman from Chicago, IL, was tragically killed on July 23, 2020, in a shooting incident in the West Pullman neighborhood on the Far South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 10:35 p.m. when someone in a tan-colored sedan opened fire on a group of people standing on the sidewalk in the 12000 block of South Prairie Avenue.
