Tevin Watkins, a 26-year-old African American male from East Hazel Crest, Illinois, was tragically shot to death on July 31, 2020, in Sauk Village, a suburb of Chicago. The incident occurred around 1:30 p.m. in the 1700 block of 223rd Street. Watkins was shot multiple times and succumbed to his injuries shortly after the attack.
