On August 14, 2020, 28-year-old Jeremy Curry was found unresponsive in the driver's seat of a parked car in the 1100 block of West 110th Place in Chicago's Morgan Park neighborhood. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the arm and chest and was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the shooting were not immediately clear.
