Christopher Kelly, a 23-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life to gun violence on August 15, 2020, in Champaign, Illinois. The incident occurred in the parking lot of Star Fox Liquor on West Bloomington Road. On that fateful evening, Kelly was inside a parked vehicle when multiple vehicles approached the parking lot.
