Terrence Jerome DeCarlos Dunigan Jr., a 21-year-old African American male from Peoria, Illinois, tragically lost his life on September 5, 2020. Terrence was found with a gunshot wound in the 3300 block of West Woodhill Lane. Despite the efforts of Peoria Firefighters, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
