Devon B. Wash, a 32-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 21, 2020, in the West Pullman neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 7 p.m. when Devon and another man were in a vehicle on the 12200 block of South Eggleston Avenue. An unknown assailant approached the vehicle and opened fire, striking Devon in the upper body. He was rushed to Roseland Community Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
