Terrence Goodlow, a 27-year-old man from Chicago, IL, was fatally shot on November 27, 2020, in the 3900 block of West Jackson Boulevard in West Garfield Park. According to police reports, Goodlow was struck in the chest by gunfire around 8:30 p.m. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the Cook County medical examiner's office.
