Jessica Beal, a 26-year-old African American woman, was tragically killed on November 27, 2020, in Riverdale, Illinois. On that fateful day, Riverdale police responded to a 911 call and discovered Jessica Beal and her brother, Damien Beal, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
