Parrish Peeples, a 54-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot and killed on December 4, 2021, in the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 5:15 p.m. while she was standing on the porch of a home in the 6500 block of South Claremont Avenue.
