On February 23, 2021, 27-year-old Keantre D. Milan was fatally shot in Decatur, Illinois. The incident occurred near the intersection of Pershing Road and North Jasper Street, where shots were fired from one vehicle into another. Milan's vehicle subsequently left the roadway and collided with a utility pole on North Jasper Street.
