Paliris Singleton, a 33-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on April 6, 2021, in the Chatham neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 11:55 p.m. when Singleton and another man, aged 38, were standing on the sidewalk in the 7900 block of South Eberhart Avenue.
