Lewis Page, a 62-year-old gender nonconforming individual, was fatally shot in the Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago on August 16, 2023. The incident occurred in the 2700 block of West Wilcox Street shortly after 10:20 p.m., where Page was found in an alley with six gunshot wounds to the torso. Police responding to reports of shots found Page in critical condition and transported them to Mount Sinai Hospital, where they were later pronounced dead.
