On Tuesday night, April 26, 2011, after watching the Chicago Bulls win a
playoff game, he headed out with four friends to a neighborhood convenience store in the Chatham community on the South Side. He would never make it home.
On the 800-block of East 82nd Street, a group of men approached the teenagers and asked if they were the Nigerian soccer players.
When the boys said they were, someone stepped forward and opened fire.
