Lydia Jimenez, a 17-year-old girl from Chicago, IL, was tragically killed on April 15, 2021. Preliminary police reports suggested that the shooting might have been gang-related, as the driver was believed to be affiliated with a gang. Police found and took into evidence 12 shell casings from the scene, possibly of two different calibers. The investigation into Lydia's death is ongoing, and no arrests have been made.
