Terrance Billops, a 23-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on May 8, 2021, in the East Garfield Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 10:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of West Harrison Street. According to the Chicago police, Billops was shot in the chest and was subsequently transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Cook County medical examiner’s office confirmed his identity and cause of death.
