Keon Dotts, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on May 14, 2021, in East St. Louis, Illinois. The incident occurred during a violent altercation involving multiple individuals. According to reports, the conflict escalated, resulting in gunfire. When police arrived at the scene, they found Keon Dotts lying in a yard, critically injured. He was immediately transported to a hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
