On June 11, 2022, 24 year old male Sean A. Johnson was discovered shot to death during a late morning police response to a home in the 4100 block of Brady Avenue in Cahokia Heights, Illinois. Officers arrived around 11:22 a.m. after a report of two deceased people.
Outside, in a vehicle parked in the driveway, they found 21-year-old Dantez T. Ford; inside the residence, they found Sean A. Johnson. Both had been shot and were pronounced dead at the scene.
